Experience the 12 Life-Affirming Attitudes according to Anselm Grün in Movement

How does transformation and change happen?

How can we experience all the good we know "theoretically" with our whole being? By sensing the twelve life-affirming attitudes within ourselves and practicing them through dance, body awareness, and reflection within the group, translating and integrating them into our own lives.

This course will accompany us over two quarters, with each quarter also available for individual booking.

Dance therapy exercises, creative movement impulses, and mindful perception support us in rediscovering God's healing presence in our own lives.

Each attitude opens a new space for experience: The body becomes the site of insight and personal development.

The 12 attitudes:

Pausing – Mindfulness – Being Upright – Being Authentic – Compassion – Reverence – Gratitude – Serenity – Contentment – ​​Hope – Wisdom – Forgiveness

For whom?
For all who wish to encounter themselves, their fellow human beings, and God in a new way. No prior dance experience is necessary.
