Relationship-wise

After the summer holidays, we get moving with our social environment. We all live within different relationship patterns. Some relationships feel more like a prison or entanglement, some are more fragile or loose, others are strong and reliable. There are different expectations and ideas within the personal social network.

Relationships trigger feelings such as love, joy and security, but also envy, jealousy and disappointment.
Many current relationships are overshadowed by early childhood experiences, which are particularly evident in fears. There is the fear of being abandoned and of being taken advantage off or manipulated.

The following questions will be addressed:

  • Which social “networks” do I use and how does that feel?
  • Where do I experience disappointment and how do I deal with it?
  • What social fears am I familiar with?
  • How can I set healthy boundaries without becoming lonely or isolating myself?
  • What specifically helps me in shaping relationships?

We will get to the bottom of these and other topics and dance through them within a protected group framework.
